I'm back - Hello all those who remember me!
After many years of threatening to start cycling again, I've finally done it.
I was a poster on here in the early days of this forum but lost the love for cycling and gained about 140lbs (Not a lie).
I recently sold my old bike and purchased a new one for motivational purposes and have actually dropped 20lbs in the last 2 months through a combination of cycling and running.
I rather drunkenly agreed to do an 8 man 24hr relay run back 6 months ago. I took part in that run last weekend and managed to run 15 miles in my 3 stints.
