Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Trying being a speedplay X pedal user. From what i understand, definitely a wear item, the cleats are no longer being sold since Wahoo acquired the company.

Yep. Sidi gives better product support than most other shoe companies.

Do you really expect the same support from the manufacturer?
Federal law also requires auto makers to supply parts for certain period of time.

For hardware mostly BikeTiresDirect, Competitive Cyclist and Merlin these days, occasionally eBay or amazon for small parts, consumables etc.

I was thinking that the Sidi buckles on my many-year-old Genius shoes weren't proprietary, because they're the same buckle as on my Atomic skate ski boots. That leads me to think they're the same company? Anyway, good products, as are my Bontrager RL MTB shoes.
