Dutch Womans Bike
So My wife is itchen for a traditional Dutch Bicycle w the full chain guard and dress guards.

How about an old Swiss bike instead, with a mostly-full chainguard and the rear fender drilled for a skirt guard that was missing when I found the machine? Handlebars since located and installed.
