Suggestions for 135mm QR Rim Brake Hubs
It's hard to find 135mm QR rear hubs for rim brake. Any other suggestions beside the below 3 that I'm aware of? And any with SRAM XD driver option?
Novatec F162SB/AA-11S

Shimano FH-T610

Velo Orange (expensive)

To be paired with a DT Swiss R460 rim:

I could also use a disc brake hub and just not install a disc, but it would look odd.

Bikes: too many bikes from 1967 10s (5x2)Frejus to a Sumitomo Ti/Chorus aluminum 10s (10x2), plus one non-susp mtn bike I use as my commuter

Shimano seems to have multiple offerings, buy it seems that high end stuff is all disc brake.
No surprise, since high end rim brake is on the endangered species list.
OTOH you might check for 130mm hubs that might be convertible to 135. Likewise, USA makers with the right shell might offerv135mm as a special order.

The 11 speed length freehub bodies usually means that the wheel will have a larger dish (more left/right imbalance), and/or narrower flange spacing (less bracing angle).
A hub with 135mm OLD and disc brake mounts will usually have narrower flange spacing.
Things to consider if wheel strength is really important.

There are a number of late 90s-early 00s Shimano hubs out there that fit the bill.

Look for new old stock mountain bike hubs if you are ok with 10 speed cassette and don’t need 11 speed. WTB Momentum is one brand that pops up occasionally at decent prices and seems to be good quality. Velo Orange has their 135mm hub (comes with different end cap to run 130mm too) on sale if you keep an eye open for sales. I bought one for $75 and had a touring wheelset built using this for the rear.
