For me, its not only the right saddle but it works in combination with the right padded shorts/bibs.

When people try many saddles and still feel significant discomfort then it's usually an underlying bike fit problem.
Unless there are repeated saddle setup mistakes, or anatomical protrusions that may benefit from a more adaptive saddle, e.g., 3D printed mesh.
