sora r3000 fd shift an ultegra 6800 crankset??

... I have access to an ultegra 6800 crankset. If I want to install it, I'd need a new bottom bracket... But the ultegra set is 39/53. Will my Sora f-derr shift it? ( I mean shifting it easily, not frustrating multi-time shift).

It should if you get the right clearance when fitted (2mm above large chainring).

What about the gap shifted between shifts? Is it correct?
