Please wear a helmet
I just want to stress the importance of a helmet. I was riding along uphill and bam the chain jumps off. Before I could react I was down. I was going pretty slow but as a fell my head bounced off the concrete curb. My helmet saved me a trip to the hospital for sure. Even on a casual MUP ride please wear your helmet.
