Pcad may not have a clue, but he does have more Rue

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Pozzato and I are riding the Ultimate and that seatpost without issue.

Sorry.

It works fine. Which is why (I'll try this again) they are still being used on very expensive bikes. By Cannondale, refuting your statement that they do not use the post anymore.

We ride them without issue.

Since you appear to take your bike to a shop to get a flat fixed, I would hardly call you a technical expert.

And I know a ****load more about this than you will ever know.

As long as you believe this, that's all that really matters.

Carry on.

In a Grateful Dead kind of way? No.

A hacksaw will take care of that nicely.

Wow... Did I manage to kill a pcad thread?

If so, I will offer my services for a mere $50 per thread!

Nah. Some threads just die of natural causes such as uselessness or disinterest. Remember that once sizzling hot schwag thread? Long buried.
