In my experience that is not an unusually long time for Ed to be incommunicado. Keep trying.

I hope all is well. I called him a couple of years ago and he answered his phone, I was surprised. It was his birthday and we had a nice chat. He is a very good guy , and his work is art . I would be patient.

He has a few items for sale currently on Ebay (seller "velorun") I contacted him a couple of months ago regarding a possible resto project and he indicated that he was "busy" but I could check in again around the first of the year. I'm not sure if he has made contact information public, his message to me included "I'm easy enough to find". By which I interpreted he doesn't really want to be easily found by anybody who doesn't know how to find him. Fair enough :-)
