Sigh, and top-tube cable guides. Wasn't the "Mod B" the cheaper version?
Now my eyes have been opened. Reminds me of the Cycle Art repaint that had been modernized to the point I owned it for less than a week and sold it for a loss.

He did say he's taking offers. I've I can drive next weekend and if it's still available I may check it out. My problem is that I have to ride all my bikes so this may better suit someone as a wall hanger. I'd have to offer pretty low since it's got to need a ton of work after hanging for 30 years. I'll keep considering this one.

Not sure these are worth this much anymore, but this is a nice example.
Facebook Chicago Raleigh Tourist
Late 1960’s Raleigh Tourist in good working condition. This is a reliable bike that has recent rod brake pads, recent bottom bracket service, newish Kendra tires and a Brooks B-33 sprung seat. It’s set up with a larger cog on the 3-speed hub for lazy rides but includes the original sprocket.

Raleigh USA Prestige
Eureka Bike Kitchen, Eureka CA.
From what I've been able to find online, the white Dia-Compe Alpha-II brakes aren't original. almost everything else looks correct. The ad has the wrong size, it's a 57.
Unfortunately, the shop is only open Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoons, and is cash-only. It's a co-op, in a small town in Northern California... whaddya gonna do.
If I had 200 bucks to spare, it'd be mine already.

1988 Specialized Sirrus
Eureka, CA. Private seller.
Ad says it's a 52, but it looks bigger than that to me. Looks almost all OG, except for saddle and bar tape, and of course the 105 pedals' plastic toe clips are gone. Because they all broke.

Schwinn Crosscut $50 - Escondido
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...1936750204806/
I bought this one this morning. I think it's a 1991 (?) in pretty good condition and original except tires, seat, pedals and grips. I will get it dialed and and probably sell eventually, tho it's my size and already rides nice.
Pics were bad, but I'd had one before and liked it a ;lot.
Here's a pic after purchase Sorry, NDS I know haha. It has Exage 400 LX cranks and derailleurs.

Interesting to see with Dura Ace. A little rough but worth a look.
1972 Colnago Super 58cm C-C seat tube and 58cm C-C top tube. 32½" standover. The bike is equipped with Shimano Dura Ace components. Wheels are tubular and needs new tires. The bike will definitely need a tune up but is in great shape. Would consider the same bike but in a 54cm 55cm or 56cm. It's a long shot but you never know. Or I'd sell it for $1500. Might consider selling the frame and fork for the right price.
