Having not been aware of the story behind Masi/Confente/Medici before this thread, I'm not surprised Confentes are sought after - it's fascinating! Somebody should make a movie based on it. Ryan Reynolds could play Mario.
I'm also interested in the Confente badged frames Mario built before going to the States - how many were there?
CR claims the one here is the first: Mario Confente
Yet this one was also built before the move: Mario Confente - just a clear coat?
Thanks for expanding my C&V bike knowledge.

Could someone in the know give some info on this brand? It appears to have a connection to Medici and Confente.

There is one that attends the Velo-Retro ride in L.A. and it is absolutely gorgeous. But that one above is having a bad hair day for sure.

these were made by Medici for Ralph.
unfortunate copyist typography selection.
kind of goes with the business attitude in my book. Lugs are the investment cast units that Medici used from the other examples I have seen. At $235 might be a deal, chrome was stated to be in trouble and would want to look at that lower head lug in person. Maybe this bike suffered on a turbo trainer.
just looked again at the downtube under the shift levers... Aaack! Scary rust I think. Studying the paint...
feeling lucky today?

that head lug on the left hand side looks like it is rusted back.
