Congrats, I have a "B" from 1962.
Mine came with Fiamme Yellow rims, but I'm running some 27" Wolber Gentleman 81's.
Had the Magistonis when I bought it.

About half a year after first seeing it, I got to bring it home. It looks to be a 1970 model, 58 X 58 c-t-c. It's almost all there but for the rims, spokes and Unicantor. The PO didn't want the tubs so he got a local bike shop to lace the front GS hub into a Rigida clincher, and some other generic hub with a matching rear clincher. A Shimano 600 derailleur caps off the mods. Fortunately the guy kept the rear hub and gear. The shop is long gone and so are the low mileage (Fiamme Red?) rims.
I don't think this bike saw many roads. The paint is excellent, the chrome is typically so-so, the decals are very good although it's only got one set of World Champion stripes. TA chainring wear is minimal and the Universal 61's appear to have original pads. Axle adjusters, all the clips and original green housing is there. Nitor seat pin. Big Cinelli cockpit with long old logo stem and wide Giros. The pedals are junky, they look like Sheffields. Now if only it was 54/54!
Not a lot of documentation online for this generation and model so any info or ephemera would be appreciated. Rim choices?

Check that the brake hole in the crown is drilled straight; one of mine was off-line by about 20 degrees.
I got a friend with a jig-borer to put a bigger straight hole there, and I pressed in a sleeve.

I've had the same problem. The Var 13 pin tool is the answer. It is not a cheap answer, though, as you can see here. The pins can be unscrewed and screwed in to be parallel to each other and used for adjustable BB cups as well. so at least there's that.
I don't think they are made any more, but used ones are out there. If you go that route, make sure it has both pins - some people sell them without the pins, which makes the tool an adjustable paper weight.

Oooo...what time frame are we speaking of here? I'm not putting those Majestroni noddles back on so I'm thinking the Velo Orange crnks would look topical, real TA's beyond my pay scale.

Many, maybe most Bs were sold as framesets. Put on whatever floats your boat. It will be "correct".

Beautiful! I've been tempted by a couple SC, but the B is the prettier bike, imo. I regret not driving the extra distance about 8 years ago. I was already in Minneapolis and there was another green one for sale, cheap($1000, I think) just across the border in CN. It was winter and there was a lot of snow on the ground, so I was afraid of getting stranded in my Civic.
