Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Ya the new Madone's are nice. My dad crashed his '08 and got a replacement '09 frame which is the same but it looks sooo much nicer.

Felt F65

My newest bike. Bought it used Feb '07. Put on tons of miles. Zero problems. Zero. Rims have stayed dead on. Not even any adjustments needed! Flawless. I've ridden Trek, Cannondale, Bianchi. So, far this FELT I've ridden more miles, ridden harder and zero failure! Will buy another for sure!

My Gunnar Crosshairs.

Ever since I got this bike, my carbon roadie has been slowly gathering dust. Even though this is arguably a worse bike (3lbs. heavier, some lower grade components, finicky brakes) it's more fun. The only thing left to do is swap the pie plate cassette for a 12-27.

Here is my new bike. Settled on this bad boy after much much deliberation. Very smooth and soft ride.
Not harsh on bumps. Only let down is toupe saddle which isn't comfy.

Back problems or optical illusion? Looks like your handlebars are higher than your seat.

It is.. funny thing. I've been working on getting it setup and using this and that and after throwing in some #'s to the CC fit machine it's where it says it needs to be. The spacers will be going so that should change some of it. You would think I'd be sitting vertical but I'm not.

2 bikes in one month, you're definitely BF material. I bought 3 in October, that was my record. Two in one week.

The Fuji got sold on Sunday, and the Cannondale was purchased on Monday. Got hit by the biking bug over the holidays, after getting Fat and Lazy over the last few years then lost close to 100 lbs over the last year. Used to be a mountain Biker, but am enjoying the speed on a Road Bike.
