I own a 2019 Raleigh Misceo IE ebike and it won't work. I've ordered a new motor controller and new display and it won't work. So now I'm looking for a battery to see if that will do the trick.
I live in Seattle, WA. Does anyone have a battery to sell that will work with this bike?

Raleigh USA went out of business and none of the ebike shops will support/service.

If I were you, I wouldn't take a chance on a used battery unless you know the seller. E Bike Marketplace in Las Vegas supposedly repairs batteries (I assume with new cells), but I have no experience with them. Probably there are other companies providing the same service. Be aware that shipping the battery may require that you use a HAZMAT certified brokerage.

Shipping Hazmat stuff is a huuuuuuge pain and I was certified to ship that stuff by FedEx and they still would reject packages for silly reasons or sometimes couldn't even explain themselves. Definitely find someone who can ship that stuff and has some specialization in that category. A FedEx store won't be able to help as well as a lot of similar UPS and other stores and customer service people from these companies. I hate to be negative but it was such a frustrating time dealing with some of these folks.

However all of that aside looking into battery rebuilding services is a great idea if Alta cannot help. No guarantees on that front but it is worth looking around. A used battery is a huge crapshoot.

Hey Gombas!

I just found pics of the bike you are describing. I didnt carry that bike when Raleigh ebikes were obtainable, but I recognize the battery. Let me send an email and see if they are still available though the manufacturer.
