It's just under 19lbs, I could knock off a pound or two with lighter wheels and such, but at 220lbs I'm more concerned with durabilty.

PS The chrome bits are actually ti.

Sorry, LP's not for sale. As for the bass it's a cheesy '76 Kramer 450. I'm a guitar player, the bass is for recording projects.

The Serotta is for training rides, the Litespeed is setup for touring with fenders and rack, also for commuting to work, wet weather and goofoff rides around town. The Gios and Marinoni are currently missing parts, and the Yeti is for offroad.

Sup Khuon? I notice you are a big Aegis advocate. As I said, while shes masked by a new paint job, she was purchased in 95. Is a bike that old worth a component upgrade?

If you love it, why not upgrade? I have a 1989 Trek 5000 that I'm in process of upgrading, just for fun, and because I love it!

Since moving to Indiana, buying a house, having kids, etc... my mountain biking has been on the decline, so last week my wife and I decided to purchase a pair of road bikes. So far we love them. I bought a 58cm Cannondale R900 Triple, and my wife bought a Cannondale SR500 that is simply beautiful. So here are the new rides:

Don't remember if I posted her or not. I got her frame in may, although she was only built up by the beginning of june. Marissa:
She's not the lightest, although the ride is great. Everyone says, "oh, all materials feel the same, yadda yadda" but the ride is definitely MUCH smoother than my Trek 1000. On the trek, if you run over a pack of chewing gum, it'll let you know whether it was Wrigley's or Juicy Fruit. On this bike, small bumps are smoothed out into comfortable, hmm, undulations. (sounds dirty, sorry)

that litespeed is quite a crappy beater bike, even for a beater. i think you should reconsider selling it to get a nicer beater ride.

Litespeed beater bike. Jeez... I wish I could be so well off.
So far as my ol steed, I was thinking Campy Chorus. Need a change of pace.
Thanks for the comments btw. I got the thing in college and I still have it! Quite a nice investment.
