1) DZ is not keen to talk to the press right now 2) we don't want to open a can of worms with Garmin when we are trying to get info from them on other matters 3) it's honestly on the backburner until I can get caught up on the FloydGate stuff

Patience. It's not a time-sensitive story.

Didn't think Dave Z could look any more nerdy, until he put on that suit..

Looking at the positions of the riders, they tuck their heads down low.

Could they gain much more advantage if they could fully tuck their heads down facing forward with an appropriately shaped helmet with mirrors or a camera to see where they are going?

On Facebook Team Garmin posted a picture of Millar(?) with this suit. Someone commented that it looked weird. I commented back that it was purposly too small based on previous BF speculation.

Team Garmin themselves commented back saying it is PI's new suit.

That's a pretty good idea. Some prisms could set you up with a correct view...

I have vague memories of reading about someone trying this but having disorientation/dizziness type issues with most of the testers.

this may sound weird but I think you are safer just staring at the road in front of you and glancing up every 5-10 seconds (if it's a closed course or lightly-trafficked road)

I've seen this tested in the tunnel. You can see, but it's quite an odd sensation. Also, if you sweat there is a good chance it will hit those lens.

We tried these without much success:

Seriously, I'd worry about habit/muscle memory taking over in a panic situation with glasses. So you'd default to some type of on bike optic, in which case you've got the sweat drip issue...
