Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Still digging the WTB Silverado that came stock on my bike. Bonktown has been running the Ti-railed Team version for $29 over the past couple weeks.

Sella San Marco ERA.
I know it's not high end, I just find it comfortable.

EDIT: But I'd like to try the Sella Italia SLK.

Specialized Romin SL

Super thin, light and the fit is exceptional; however, I also can really cover the miles in a Selle San Marco too.

My new (to me) Selle Italia Flite TT seems good too. I haven't gotten to test it much, but so far it's pretty comfortable. It's light too at 165g.
+1. I have the GR2, and it is amazingly comfortable.

Fizik Arione. I just upgraded to the CX version after using the regular Arione for a few months. I will see how the CX fares.

Serfas FST-10 Furano. The most underrated saddled in the market imo. It's the Arione and the Toupe in one.

I love my CX. Sadly it was bruised in my recent crash. Nose is all torn up, but it seems to be just cosmetic.

One more for the Fizik Arione CX. Not cheap but by far the best saddle I've ever used. Best part is you can get them customized to match your color scheme for a little more or if you want team colors (mine is the Liquigas white/white now) it's only like an extra $10.

Great! I put it on my bike but I have to leave for my family vacation. I just tried it on the trainer and I think it feels even better than the regular Wing Flex one, despite having less padding.

There are a lot of people happy w/ the Arione. It was good for me as I had one on each of my bikes. But, I ended up looking for something just a tad wider through the sit bones and have found the WTB Silverado to be just right.

I'm also currently rocking the Specialized Romin. I had been a huge fan of Toupe but I switched when the Romin came out and it is even better for me. Long rides even in crappy shorts leave me with zero pain or numbness issues.

+1 I know people cringe these days when "Bontrager" is mentioned but this seat really did the trick for me. Not an upholstered 2x4 like some of these others posted. Not exactly a Cadillac either but just enough cushion @ 146mm width to make me forget the saddle is even there.

+1 on Koobi. I'm using the PRS Century with red elastomers. No discomfort at all "down there."

I've had an Arione before too. It was comfortable as well, but I think the Koobi is better.

I'm a fan of my San Marco SKN.

There's not a whole lot of padding, and it's definitely very stiff, which I like. Also pretty light (190g).

Arione CX. Only saddle I tried while searching for a new one to replace the stock saddle on my bike, I guess I got lucky. Old saddle - ~30 miles is all I could take before sitting on anything was painful. Arione - My longest ride is 102 miles and other than general soreness, I was able to ride the next day.
