Ok, I'll play.
1: Ride more miles than I have each the last couple of years. Should be easy now that both knees were replaced the year.
2. Get back to routinely climbing in the mountains. I only did Snowbasin once last year, pathetic.
3 Have at heart attack going up Powder MT at least once this coming year.
4. End the year with fewer bikes than I begin it.
5. Don't die while riding.

1) Stop buying parts off the CV sales Forum or eBay when drinking.
2) I know this is the bike forum but, get in shape to make the all time 10 top for my age group in the 200 through 1650 Freestyle.
I'm not sure which of these two will be the bigger challenge.

This is a great one! I've been riding since I was a kid, but for most of my life, besides goofing off w/ bmx as a youngin', and in college, riding bikes has been a solo affair.
It would be fun to get out and do such things with other like-minded people. The Eddy Rando ride this year was a good start to that, and my hope is to continue that trend. It would be fun to meet other BF members and to go riding.

@1989Pre - If you have two cages, consider packing a storage bottle like the grey on in hthe followin pic. It has all the common set of tools for most bikes. Just move it from one to the next

This year has been rough recovering from prostate cancer - so not much riding. I'm going to try getting back to my riding levels before my diagnosis as my stamina improves.
And. I need to build new wheels- replace those 28 hole Mavic Open Ceramics (wearing out) with something else.

This was the standard setup with the Merz, there's enough in either bag to get home, the seat bag has extra gear and storage, rain gear, a compact knapsack, etc.
No pic ATMO but the Strawberry sports the seat pack with a PDW bindle rack to keep it off the frame and not hurt the paint. It has a Silca seat roll on the bottom of it for easy access and the Sporin strapped on top for the MP3 player easy access.

The initial link didn't work, but thanks for reminding me to see if Tallac dual cages were still available (I have a set on my aluminum cruiser, as it's the only way to get two bottles inside the frame). I had two sets, but one fatigued and failed at the inside bend of the lower cage. I tried wire & JB Weld to fix, but that cracked too. 
It looks like Amazon does have them, using a search on "Tallac bottle cage".

1. Avoid user-error crashes. Sometimes s**t happens but a lot of s**t can be avoided. Gonna try my best to avoid that which can be avoided. I’m learning to be more cautious and attentive after a couple bad spills in recent years. Case in point: Yesterday, fast, bumpy, and twisty descent, I had the foresight to stop in order to take photos and put on a jacket.
2. Commute by bike at least 80% of work days.
3. Try to get my LOOK KG86 back on the road (epoxy failure at BB/seat tube juncture).
4. Climb the trifecta of SF Bay Area tall peaks: Mt. Tamalpais (North Bay), Mt. Diablo (East Bay), Mt. Hamilton (South Bay). I’ve done the first two from my home in Berkeley—around 75-80 miles & ~7,000’+ climbing—but have yet to try the ascent up Mt. Hamilton.
2. Commute by bike at least 80% of work days.
