Part of the dress code:
"No excessively revealing clothing will be allowed. Clothing emitting offensive odors is not permitted to be worn anywhere on the property."
A woman was relatively recently tossed from an area restaurant for wearing something very revealing. I wonder if it was there.

Even on my C&V rigs, I don't go old school. They all have at least 26t cogs - which, BTW, are hard to find. There are a TON of corncob cassettes and freewheels out there, and a fair number of 14-28s and 13-32s, but 13-26? Hard to find.

I wonder how many cyclists gave up riding BITD because they couldn't reasonably turn a 42x21 on a steep climb anymore? I have to say, wide range cassettes and fatter tires are the biggest improvements in cycling these days.

New Bike day!!!!
Was thrown in the trash. Brakes work well, shifting needs some work. Shocks feel like they have some life left. Needs a seat post clamp but otherwise it’s in pretty good shape.
Wish it was a little bigger, but it will fit the wife well.

I could live with a 39x25 low for a lot of stuff but not going into the mountains.

Pffftt that’s an easy fix, just stop riding steep climbs.

That is part of their dress code for all their locations in the U.S. Also prohibited are things like sleeveless shorts, hats, baggy pants, athletic wear, etc.

That only works if you live in the flatlands, or only ever tool around town. And a flat town at that!
