1986 Peugeot Orient Express 19”

For sale: a beautiful 1986 Peugeot Orient Express. 19” frame. Japanese made. Original except for consumables. Freshly refurbished. Saddle not included. Asking $200 plus shipping or local pick up in Grand Rapids Michigan.

Those prices seem high. I get a shipping quote from bikeflights & shipbikes from 49525 (random zip for Grand Rapids, Mi) to 70808 of 60.95 & 63.95 respectively, using the higher price of the two standard size bike boxes, 43x11x32 & 53x29x9.
Of course, you can charge whatever you want for shipping, such as when dropping the bike off somewhere to be packed & shipped, but on a $200 bike it doesn't make much sense, for the buyer anyway.
The bike does look nice, however, and good luck with sale.

I guess I ship in a larger box than you. I prefer the to leave the rear wheel attached. It protects the bike this way
