Need Help with Finding Retailer

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any shops that have Trek Marlin 6s avaliable in or around Las Vegas area. It seems the Trek website shows the closest place selling them to be in Salt Lake City Utah, which I find hard to believe. We settled on buying this bike after going through several reviews the last couple of days.

I'd contact Trek. If necessary, go to LA; it's closer than Salt Lake City. You can also buy online and get a bike that's close to fully. Your LBS can finish assembly.

i dont find it surprising, the Marlin is one of Trek's biggest sellers. My local stores have not had those bikes in stock for months

Call the stores. The websites are not very accurate.

That’s what we did before the Internets.

Most cheaper bikes are hard to find these days that is where the biggest demand is. You would have to call shops or visit some shops or just pre-order one and do your absolute best to wait patiently with all the rest of us.

Everyone wants the lower costs bikes in the bike boom it happened in the 70s and it has been happening here again now hopefully things will normalize a bit soon and we will start getting stock again but until that time you might have to travel or do some extra leg work to figure out who might have it and get them your money right away or that bike is probably long sold.

have the Salt Lake City Utah location ship the purchase to your location.

Buying a new bicycle is like the housing market, can't keep up with the demand.
Just like the 70s bicycle era, both will crash & burn together.

When I got my Domane last summer it wasn’t on the stores website. Just happened to stop by looking for a pair of shoes, and left with two bikes, shoes, some add ons, and some kit. Had been hoping to find one for some time.

I've found them to be pretty accurate, but still make calls

. I drove to St Louis yesterday to buy my TREK Rail 5. I was at the shop at 10am when the store opened and the second one was to be picked up at 2, so they don't last long. Thought I'd have to wait a year to get one. Now I have a Powerfly for sale.
