hello! so I'm trying to buy a bike and i found this giant cypress for 250 cad,
I was wondering if it would be worth it for that price

Can't really tell condition without actually looking at it in person but it is an older lower end bike so maybe $50-100 however none of that really matters if it doesn't fit. If it has been regularly serviced and the parts are not worn out and it fits and you really want that bike go for it but don't spend a ton of money towards it.

Impossible to tell from photos. Bike looks small---make sure it fits, first and foremost. Other than that I don't see a lot of wear but you only showed one close-up photo.
Mechanically the bike could be pristine or junk, photos don't show that .... but what is the price for a similar model new? And how old is that one?
At least the guy had the sense to clean and wash it before photographing it.

I sold my wife's Giant Cypress for $75 USD about a year after she bought it new. She only rode it twice. It was a very heavy bike for her to handle as a 5' 1½" woman.
