I don't know about y'all, but I'm excited about the upcoming ToC. The last stage happens very close to where I live. Expect epic photos and video.

I'll be amazed if Lance can get his form to come around in time for the Tour de France this year. I think the tougher Giro might be better training, but never second guess Lance. Hell, he amazed me last year. He's been pulling off astonishing cycling performances now for almost 20 years.

I thought it was odd that the headline featured Palmdale until I realized it was the local rag.

im hoping to get myself an overtime detail for traffic control when it comes through the area i work. that could make for a pretty unique way to see the race.

No, but you cant say its a bad thing. The money and support for cancer treatment and research increases every year with lance's fame and amazing wins. He performs younger as he gets older, and the more they support lance and the marketing behind him, the more popular livestrong will become.

I don't think the Lance phenomena is a bad thing. It's the best thing that ever happened to cycling in the US. I don't care who doesn't like it. In fact the Lance hate boys are endlessly entertaining.

Heck, watching him is what motivated me to pick up cycling in the first place. The thing that kept me going was my livestrong bracelet. What do you mean by "That Lance hate boys"?

Okay i thought so. People like them are just people who have no confidence in their own ability and have nothing better to do so they resort to trying to kick at someone who holds a reputation for doing something they will never be able to do.
