Shimano R7000 crank arm / 6750 crankset compatibility?

Other than aesthetics, are there any compatibility issues with installing an R7000 left crank arm on an Ultegra 6750 crankset?

If the spindles are the same length, there shouldn't be. If the preload nut doesn't bottom out, you should be in business. BTW, QBP has a few 6700 left crank arms in stock.

Thanks. I don't really need a new crank arm. I have an R7000 Stages Power meter, and I'm wanting to see how my single leg power compares to dual, so I was going to mount it on my rim brake bike that still has a Powertap G3 hub on it.

umm... is it balanced?

car wheels need to be balanced by rotating... would you end up with asymmetry due to left and right being slightly different?

IF there is difference.

At normal pedaling cadences balance of such small differences hardly matters.

You might get me all confused if I happen to look at both sides of your bike while noting the components. Particularly if one is black and the other silver.

But I'm confused most of the time anyhow! <grin>

I even have left and right 105 5800 cranks on my Tarmac with R8000 rings. They changed up the sculpting of the rings between the editions, but the bolts match up. You'll never know the ugliness while I'm pedaling.
