Here’s one for sale on my CL. Looks to be same frame size as OP listing. Stated as 65cm which would match it to the 25” spec in the Schwinn catalog.

Since the OP now has 12 posts, there is a simple solution to this. Get a tape measure and hook the “0” end to the top of the seat tube. Pull it down past the BB shell and lock it. The tape measure can be held in place with clamps or tape. Take one picture of the full length of the tape and another close up of the point where it crosses the center of the BB showing the measurement. Attach these to a post. He can also post a picture of the “data sheet”.
FWIW, In the 80s catalogs & data sheets were put together by printers working off draft formats, information was sometimes left out due to space and formatting restrictions.

I called a guy at the Schwinn headquarters. He said I must have mismeasured it. I told him to look at the catalog, where the size was specified as being measured c-to-c (wish I'd noticed that before I ordered the bike). He put me on hold, found a catalog, came back and said, "You're right."

I find people often put more money into a bicycle than the bicycle is worth after repairs are made. The OP may have done this and they may be lucky to recapture the amount spent on repairs. That said this looks like a nice bike and hopefully they will get more like $250 to $300 for it.

$750 +Probably about $150 shipping +$75 tax...$975 for what is in the 2023 post boom reality, a $100 Schwinn...But at least it has provenance.

Reeeeeally, it's merely a decent quality road bike for a tall guy. Collectable Super Sports are from intro in the early 60s thru 1970. Although I'm sure it's a good bike, I'd say the ceiling would be $300 in the highest of markets. You couldn't give it away around here. (DSM)

eBay sales is a non starter.
Id post it locally on every platform around $200.
Nothing will value a bike like no interest and there are SOOOO many choices nowadays.
