Hydraulic caliper wont fit between roto and motor

I cant fit my hydraulic caliper because space between rotor and motor housing is too narrow. I can only fit single action mechanical caliper since is narrow but braking performance is not good.

Putting spacer to the rotor would work. It make the rotor rub against bike frame. What brand that have narrow hydraulic caliper? Please help

What bike do you have and where is this motor? Most of your braking is at the front so that is the biggest priority for brake performance but it could be the bike was designed poorly and isn't designed to have quality components just to hit a price point and that means you can potentially find stuff but it is putting good towards not so good.

You can try using brake adapters and larger rotors which will help greatly but without knowing what you have and maybe some pictures it is tough to really know the situation. A mid-drive solves these issues and is more efficient and in the end if you buy a bike with a motor of quality you will get hydraulic brakes from the get go as well as other quality parts and good support behind it.
