For the time it was built a bit of a through back Ralieigh made this basic rod brake 3 speed bike from the early 30's till the Notingham plabnt closed in 83 pretty a 50 year run. Yours does look to be one of the late 70's rival modlels for value in good riding condition I would put it at $150 or so nice classic bike but there are a tone off them out there more desirable and in better shape..
