Universal brakes identification and evaluation

Looking online, these brakes an be model 30 or 39.
The brev. is 361666 or 361556, I cannot read clear.
Any help?

Velobase.com says Brev. 361666 is Model 39, and the front arm marking is Brev. 361556. However, there is also some verbiage which calls details into question, so this is not 100% I guess. There are other photos and a catalog scan which differ from the initial photo as shown below.

Yours are the city model. There is also a corsa model that has a "pointy" top.

thanks so much for these contributions

over at velo-pages there is a Fratelli Pietra catalogue dated 1978

checked it and no examples of this series are listed

the series must have been phased out prior to that date
