I think just about any sale would be below what we think our bikes are worth. Maybe spring time would be better for speed of sale but not a huge plus on monetary value. I was lucky last year when I sold a bike and I thought the price was low but decided to move it along . I have since seen similar bikes sell for 30-50% below what I sold mine for. It ain't getting any better , Joe

Of course I want to make a better profit.
I know how much should I ask for some bikes, but some I had no clue, like this Aquila.
But, in my opinion some people here, are way down with the prices.
I also asked about the Pro Miyata and people said the price 450, but you can go to 300$.
I sold it for more than 500$, last week.
I did not asked about a RB-1, but that one went at 750$, sold in two days.
Well, probably I should not ask anymore, but thank you for your inputs.

Choice of market is important. Are these eBay prices? Auction or "buy it now"? Please give back to this community by informing us of your success.

The Pro Miyata sold for 530$, the shipping was separate, not sold on ebay, so no fees.
The Bridgestone RB-1 was sold on ebay, after taking out the fees and shipping, i received 720$.
The states were: Virginia and Michigan.
I also sold earlier this year a bike and a frame set, both in California.
All the sales on ebay were "Buy it now", with "no offer" option.
This is why I try to get as much info I can, here and in some specific FB groups. I try to think a "Buy it now" price which makes the bike attractive for buyers, but not to give it away.
Also I try to stay away of the actions which are like lottery.

Those are some very nice prices. RB-1 still has a strong following in the US, must be easier to sell. Do you have a picture of the Pro Miyata?
