Help with Marin codes

Hey all, greetings from Mexico!
An introduction of sorts, but with my question down below....Back when I still lived in Chicago I found a Marin mountain bike in a thrift shop for 50 bucks. I knew it was a good deal so bought it. I decided to move to Mexico and it ws one of the few things I brought with me. But... people are crazy and inconsiderate drivers here so after broken bones and a dislocated shoulder from being hit several times, (once by a bus that hit me on purpose) I sold my beloved Marin. Recently I bought the bike back from the guy I sold it to and am now in the process of getting it back in condition to ride again so that I myself can get back into condition. I used to ride in centuries when I was (much) younger. Bicycling was a huge part of my life.

So here's my question...
Can anybody help me decode the numbers on the bottom bracket? WG3DA0134
The bike was really beautiful, silver with purple accents (water bottle holder and aluminum rack) and a Manitou front shock.
Thanks in advance!
Oh, and by the way, I live at the base of a volcano. It's my goal to ride the 17 mile road up to the top

The S# should be 9 digits, but yours is only 8.

These discussion links might be helpful, but I'd just call or write to Marin.

Okay, it seems that it's a 1993 Pine Mountain. Thanks a heap! The factory codes don't coincide with anything in that one thread, but it's less important than what I was looking for, the model and year of manufacture.
