Need front wheel for 26", 2011 Rockhopper
Looking for suggestions. I can't tell much when I look at what Amazon has to offer. No bike shops close by. I'd like a sturdy wheel, sealed or loose bearings. I'd like to keep it around $75. I don't ride hard. Maybe some easy single track. Bike has disc brakes. I like when the spoke holes have collars around them- forgot what you call that.
thanks
thanks

You need 100 mm spacing (which was the norm until we discovered that boost was "necessary), so this should be easy to locate on ebay (365 Cycles or Bell) or Universal Cycles. However, the cost may be $100.

There are bike shops that have brick and mortar locations who also sell online. I would look there. $75 is not going to be a great wheel generally but it is an initially low cost wheel probably another machine built one and probably depending on the maker not properly tensioned post build.
