Not mine, but could be. Would it have been fully campy equipped originally? https://chicago.craigslist.org/chc/b...659489144.html

I've seen Comps with full Superbe Pro. AND I ride with a guy who bitd bought and raced one new which had the Superbe Pro.

Thanks. Shimano 600 probably isn't original though, right? Not that there's anything wrong with that stuff.

Tri-Color might be acceptable.

A real good friend provided transport for my recent N+1 acquisition. It is from a fine and generous BF member. The jersey was an unexpected surprise. I think it is a 1984 since the serial number starts with “M”. Unfortunately a previous owner sometime in the decades past removed all but the seat and head tube decals. My plans are white Benotto Cello bar tape, white cable housings and Kool Stop brake pads.

It's funny this thread was revived. I just had my son pick up this Allez Epic (not sure about the year). It was 4 hours away, but 10 minutes from him. Couldn't turn it down for the price. This is the ad picture and not great, but it is a full 105 group and not sure about the bonded joints. Will need to inspect a little better when I get it home. Fun bikes.

I'm shameless so I am going to put this up again. Allez Comp, Columbus Thermacrom FOCO steel - triple butted. Carbon fork and all Ultegra 2x9.
I love it

I went with white cable housing and I think it looks fab!

A clean and polish after Benotto Cello bar tape, Kool Stop pads (WOW!), and white brake cable housings. I took it for a short 2 mile ride around the neighborhood. It was fun! New tubes/tires are next…
