There was a small chage in the spindle length/offset dimensions made around 1977 in order to comply with gov't safety standards (blunt "lip" added to front derailer cage to prevent slicing skin, lol).
The true Super Record bb had a titanium spindle and used 3/16" ball iir.

there is what might be termed early and late NR
late type spindles are marked "+1 - +1.5" - a change needed to be compatible with the greater dish/cupping of the spider

Yes. Between Record ("thin") and Nuovo Record ("thick") cups, titanium Super Record, and CPSC mandated changes, Campagnolo bottom brackets of that era are a hot mess. Campagnolo USA published an article to help make sense of it all:
