Just wondering when people sweat more. I have noticed that I sweat more going to work in the morning and sweat less on the return home. I attribute it to the body being tired and being forced to work out, whereas in the afternoon I guess since the body has been moving all it doesn't need to work as hard.

Thoughts?

Evening, no comparison. It's just warmer in the evening than in the morning.

but I only sweat in the summertime, not in any other season because I just don't go fast enough.

I haven't really noticed a trend either way. How sweaty I am varies a lot depending on the weather, how I'm dressed, and how hard I work.

I like to keep it constantly the same if possible. In the morning I have extra layer of clothe on. I don't sweat the first mile or so, but by the time I get to my destination, I do sweat because I kept my layers on. I dress lightly in the afternoon, by the time I get home, my sweat is about the same as the morning time, but sometime it slightly more depending how congested the road gets around town.

Unfortunately about the same. I usually take it easy in the morning, but hills near work and stuffy parking garage leads to a good sweat. I usually ride harder on the way home so I work up a good sweat there, too.

Do you sweat more in the Morning? Or Evening Commute?

I definitely sweat more in the morning commute because I ride my bicycle to work. I take the train home with my bike in the evening and the car is usually air-conditioned.

Evening due to it being a bit warmer, but I sweat quite a bit on both when it is hot as I like to push myself on my commute!

I sweat more in the afternoon ride. They're both commutes as well as training rides for me, so I push quite hard in the afternoon. During the morning ride I try to keep some energy left for the work day.

Evening. Morning is cooler plus all flat or downhill. In the evening it's hotter and I have to haul my big ass uphill.

I sweat like a horse when riding no matter the time of day, weather conditions, or what I'm wearing.
The sweat tends to dry quicker when it's cooler and less humid out.

Most of the time I don't really keep track of how much I sweat. If you didn't sweat then you would die. I don't know why some people are so sensitive about sweating too much. Just keep drinking a lot of fluids and you'll be ok. Maybe one day science will invent something that prevents our bodies from sweating.It would be more socially acceptable to be nice and dry all the time, eh ? If you sweat like a bucket then just carry a change of clothes and when you get to work just change ,put some deodorent ... problem solved.

Evening; it's usually 30 degrees warmer in the afternoon, regardless of season. In the winter that doesn't matter much, I just alter layers, but in the summer I'm at just shorts and a shirt even in the morning, same in the afternoon, so then I sweat more in the afternoon.

However, I'm WETTER in the morning, because all those layers retain the sweat. When I get home in the afternoon in the summer, I have salt dried on some parts of my shirt and sometimes on my face.

Afternoon(evening) since it tends to be warmer. The mornings are pretty chilly during the spring and fall so I don't sweat as much as shiver.
