Yes. 100 percent of the time, in my jersey pocket, usually running a cycling app. I'd be a lot more worried about my bike in a crash than my phone.

I put mine in an aquapac to protects against sweat/rain/scratches and pit it in my jersey pocket, switched off just for emergency use.
No point having a mobile phone if you leave it behind for fear of damage when you are mobile.

I rarely carry a phone, but when I do, it's in a baggie in my jersey pocket staying dry & safe.

Yes. Ziplock bag in my center jersey pocket. Assuming it survives the worst and I'm still able to dial...I know I'll appreciate it being there.

Nope. I don't own an expensive phone. I do carry my 2006 refurbished flip phone though. It has been dropped many times.

Always carry my phone, you never know what might happen out there.
And why should you ever crash unless in a race or something. I don't race, I don't crash.

I carry my Blackberry in a jersey pocket. Crashed once this year (screw-up at the front of the group) and it wasn't harmed at all.

I have a small bag that attaches under the toptube. I can put my phone there or a small snack, etc. Probably wouldn't get damaged there as the frame would protect it but that's not why I put it there - it's just a convenient place. If not there, then it's in my jersey pocket as is. Unless it rains it won't get wet and it doesn't rain that much in CO.

People are riding 8000 dollar bikes, you think they'd worry about their phone in a crash? Hell, their bar and shifters are worth far more than a phone

This. Also, if I take a direct impact to my lower back, I'm less worried about a phone and more concerned about my back.

Yep, iPhone's always on me. Has to be, for work. It's in a case, though, so I'm not worried. And honestly, if I'm in a bad enough crash that it gets hurt, I think losing an expensive phone will be the least of my worries. Biggest worry will be the condition of my bike, of course.

Yep, always have my HTC Incredible on me. Back right pocket, as is. No problems yet. Bought a warranty with squaretrade just in case anything were to go wrong with it.

I ride with my HD7, chill with the tunes and a hands free so I can chat while riding... most people don't stay on long with all the wind noise... if it's important I stop... no ziploc though, none needed with bibs moisture is minimal.
