Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I understand. Another one may give similar results but may give you a bit more time.

Maybe.

Worked for my hip a couple days only.

Hope @pcad gets this resolved soon. I hear the shoulder rehab isn't much fun though.

The shoulder is a tough joint, that's for sure.

Rule # 5 seems applicable.

Velominati ? The Rules

Hope you feel better PCad. Nagging injuries and constant pain are no joke. Just got over my second kidney stone and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Six weeks off the bike and I missed a good chunk of the riding season.

Hmmm. Maybe Rule # 5 applies to me also.
