Cannondale Bike F-300 Question

Looking for a decent hardtail. My MTb riding will be mostly trails with minor up & down hill slopes. Not looking for a MTB which is better suited for jumping, extreme downhill, & extreme racing/handling. What do you think of this bike for a MTB beginner. Thanks

Is $200 a fair price?? Appears to be 2004 or 2003 model. Barely used but I may offer $150.

200 is fair. FSA headset converter tells me this was originally a HeadShok model converted to a real front fork. This is a good thing.
