I have a GT mountain bike for sale in excellent condition with excellent tires and tubes.
7 X 3 = 21 Speed ! 18 inch frame ( medium size )
it has shimano 300/400 LX front & rear derailleurs with quick klick shifters, Bio-pace crank ( better for your knees ), toe clips on pedals, water bottle cage, heavy duty head set, front and rear quick release, GT quick release seat bolt , GT Gel seat, straight true araya matched rims, rear U brake & front cantilever brakes, exage hubs.

$175.00 firm, no less! excellent shop bought bike , not a department store junk bike!

shop price for this quality of bike would be well over $750 !
you will not be disappointed with this bike. GT solid bike last for years!
look at pictures and they tell the story .
if it is listed, it still is for sale!

Picture is a stock photo. Bike is in good shape and comes with a functional computer that tracks speed, distance, time, etc. It is a fixed gear bike meant for distance riding and I'm not about that life.

Nothing too weird (except no actual photo of the bike) but I thought the last little bit of the description was kinda funny.
$75 and no pics... Can we say STOLEN!

Basic aluminum singlespeed. I imagine a close inspection would reveal some cheap features.

How much is an exotic Italian name worth on a Chinese bike?

$750 worth of parts.

Could be a great deal on a single Dura Ace of Super Record Groupset.

Or, it could be a pile of second rate MTB parts that the seller paid too much for, and now is trying to sell for more than online prices.

Pictures are a quick way to scan items for "interesting" stuff. But, at least an inventory list? Type of bike they fit on?

He's optimistic if nothing else.

Asking price $500.00, no that's not a typo.......

"I believe it is the 1979-1980 model. If so there is opportunity for both to make money, if thats what your in to. The price isnt firm. Prefer money, but up to here trades. This model goes for upwards of over 1,000 on ebay. My account is suspended this moment for unfortunately sending a vintage toy plastic pistol out of country..."

If it's stamped SR it must mean Sun Race, right? This is actually a decent deal if you need one of these. They were only made in the one size and I had one turned down to fit in the stoker position of our old Gitane Tandem. Think we should tell him what SR stands for?

Sun Race adjustable seatpost (26.8) - $35 (midlothian)

condition: excellent
make / manufacturer: SunRace
size / dimensions: 26.8 dia.

Fore and aft adjustable seatpost. If you need more adjustment this seat post is for you. Circa 1990's but low miles means excellent condition

I'll bite, what is it? Sun Ringle?

I think that adjustable seatpost is really cool. Why did that concept not take off? Does it not work out well in practice?

SR = Sakae Ringyo, and I've always heard it referred to as SR or Sakae, never by the full company name. The post was a good idea, but not necessarily for the MTBs it was designed for. Adjusting seats up/down or fore/aft always seemed a little fiddly and most people don't bother to do it. As I said, we used one on our old tandem to get the stoker's seat further back to increase cockpit room for the bride, with the post diameter turned down from the production 26.8 to 25.4. Plenty of metal left once that was done. Made things a little more pleasant with the revised seating position. I also replaced that QR with a regular bolt because once the position was established there was no further reason to move it.

Oh, I did let the guy know and he replied pleasantly. Did not mind the correction.

Had one NOS I picked up at a closing shop last year. After a few weeks I realized I had no idea what to do with it so wound up selling it for about what this seller is asking.

Ok, after all those photos that strain your eyes.. I thought this would be a good change.

Spring is coming! Time to go for a family bike ride. - $50

I have a red tag-a-long for sale. It is great for kids who aren't quite old enough for long bike rides on their own. They can peddle on their own, or if they are tired they can take a break and let mom or dad do the work. It has the connector to connect to the main bike, a seat, and a good tire.
I live in Dorena, but if you are in the eugene area I can bring it into town on a weekday, as I work in eugene. Just give me some advanced notice please.

Luxury HERMES x PEUGOT Collaboration 28in 21 speed Tourtere Gray Bicycle Shimano | eBay

Apparently $150 worth of bike and $9300 of white leather + $1950 shipping BUT you can get it $300-500 cheaper if you want to wait 2-3 months.
