1994 Schwinn World Sport

my cousin is trying to find a bike to get to work, someone is offering to sell him this 1994 Schwinn World Sport for 180$. is it worth it? thanks!

actually-- scratch that. just found out the World Sport series ended in 1984. so, i'm not positive on the model

Classic & Vintage is a better forum for this kind of question. FWIW, there's no way that's a 1994 anything and there's no way I'd pay $180 for it.

My fixed gear frame is a World Sport. It's Cro-Mo and Hi-ten steel, heavy, cushiony, low end. Fair bike to commute on but not worth $180
