Disc Brake Pads

I am thinking about replacing my Shimano Disc brake pads
I have Shimano BR785 hydraulic disc on my Carbon Synapse
Most of the time I ride on Dry Flat Roads, I'm 175lb and would like something quite

Would anyone have suggestions on new Pads ?

Thanks,
Mike

In my experience, organic pads are quieter than metallic pads but don't last as long.
