Surprised its that heavy with the WW parts on it, although I know the Noah's not the lightest frame out there (one of my favorites though).

Just finished swapping all the parts over today from my caad9. Everything is tuned perfectly and it shifts like a dream both in the rear and up front. The only thing I'm waiting on is a long piece of Campy cable housing for the rear brake. I couldn't reuse the smaller pieces of housing from the caad9 because this frame has internal cable routing for the rear brake. Also, I will probably replace the Deda cockpit with the same thing but black and keep the "dark metal polish" parts for another build. I think I'm going to put white bar tape on this one. Oh yeah, I have a Bora wheelset too. Didn't want to make you guys drool though.

Sadly, not mine. But I think it's hotter than a witch's tit personally...
This, is mine, I know its old and has 11839421934289 spokes, but give it a chance!

As for eps on the 595, I'm not so sure I need it anymore. Honestly, the Record 11 shifting is so sweet and reliable both in the rear and up front that I can't justify the cost right now. The other issue is I don't want to ruin the aesthetics of the frameset by having to route the wiring externally and modifying the frame for internal wiring just scares me. I'll probably just wait another year or so for the EPS components to become more available and cheaper before I think about building a separate EPS bike.

The backup to the Ridley. I'm pretty sure this build is done, with the exception of the FD which arrives tomorrow.
