They do like to move the metal, so perhaps the seller (ad not up anymore) bought multiples. Mr. 66 will have to tell me who he thinks/knows it is as I am drawing a blank. I have a few "flip" projects from them, and by flip I mean fully disassembling, renovating, and replacing old and tired components with new, properly-working ones to keep an old cool bike on the road, and "paying myself" maybe/hopefully, a dollar or so (per hour) for my labor on top of the monetary investment in the bike and componentry. I am an extremely successful flipper....
I'm not on a first name basis with the bianchi buyer, but I do remember that the said bike was at $225 for a month plus, and the price was brought down to the $175. The buyer is very respectful of Bike Works and other customers is also very helpful to others as well, (by the way BW is a nonprofit, is not a co-op but more like a Goodwill org, with a full time paid staff, that specializes in bikes and their prices are very comparable to Goodwill).

One of the "Scumbags" is a Catholic priest, another is a man the resells to funds is son's college education, another is unemployed, one buys and sells overseas. The scumbags, lol, help keep that place open.

I support and promote Bike Works every chance I get. They are a fantastic organization, very unique.

I actually was wondering who of the placed Wack add, I'm sure I know who did that one also. The wack poster may been pissed because they didn't get it first, I don't know.

Here's flips I did, the 1969 Dawes for a pittance sold for coin, added a couple of duckets and bought a Performance Team USA. Another was a 1974 Azuki sold that paid for Schwinn Prologue that sold to by a Trek 716 and Bianchi, I sold the Bianchi and bought the Sannow. The 1969 Dawes was to them garbage, I made it profitable.

I guess that ranks me somewhere on the list of Scumbaggery. Bike Works is very happy with the revenue generated from me and many others, some of which are fellow forum members.

These are intended to appeal to bike enthusiasts with a foot fetish. All shined up these would be pretty sexy.

Look at this one. Ordinarily you would ignore it, but check some of these details. Cheapo no-name Italian bike boom machine, but it has a couple of surprises for us.

2022 Amish buggy

Ok, not a bike but it is vintage and non-motorized transportation so I'm saying that's close enough.

I'm not sure the poster knows what the word "restored" means. Has it been brought back to the original Amish electrical designs?

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...0448847889439/

"Completely restored Amish buggy has lights, radio, and hydraulic brakes. Garage kept used few times since restored. Has all oak boards stained and sealed and hand painted and sealed as well. Storage under back seats new roof. Have both tongues for single and also for a team."

You saw blade guys need to find pix of the Captain Crunch bike built by Fat City Cycles to participate in the Green Mountain Huffy Throw. Several saw blades welded together serving as wheels on a frame made of large piston connecting rods, a HUGE drive chain. Must have weighed 300 pounds. There's bound to be a photo floating around somewhere.

Yes, your grubby, stem shifter equipped, low end Miyata compares well with a minty 1000.

https://annarbor.craigslist.org/bik/...419914518.html

It has some dings/scrapes but rides nice.
I have replaced its tires with new ones.
It comes with a free bike lock and a seat cover.
A similar model is sold in ebay for more than 800 dollars.

@thumpism - check out her "seller details" on FB and see what else she has. I'd like to wander through her inventory as she has a lot of NOS parts. Perhaps someone locally could get her to let them see what she has as if she'd let you buy two or three each of some of her stuff you could do quite well

Trek 510 from a longtime owner, but he's asking a lot of money for a bike in this condition and with such obvious attention to detail. $849 in NJ, and you get some good reading in the ad, "Ishiwata tubing 220."
