Opinion of Fuji SL 3.2
I am considering a Fuji SL 3.2 carbon road bike from Bike Direct. What are the pros and cons? good brand? How does it compare to other bikes?

Fuji is a name brand, so it would not worry me, and have bought other Fuji bikes from Bikes Direct without any negative issue.

I grabbed it when it was on sale for $999 and lets me tell you, I am more than happy with it. Only issue I've had was that the rim seam was not flush on both wheels but some sand paper fixed that issue. I also upgraded the brakes to some Ultegra 6800s for just under 60 bucks off of eBay. How ever, I am contemplating buying some Chinese carbon wheels of eBay for under $400 to drop a pound or two of the bike. Once my scale ships ill weigh out the vera corsas and get back to you about that.

BD is bypassing the service after the sale that bike shops offer.. good lick, dotn break anything putting it together
follow all torque specifications, you have tools to buy, as well..
MY LBS has done assembly services when people bring those boxes in. yours?

My first road bike was from BD. It is very easy to put together (stem, handlebar, front wheel, and seat post. After I did that i took it to a LBS so they could check the torque and the shifting/brakes. I was willing to pay but they didn't charge me.
I have owned five Fuji bikes and you shouldn't have any issues with it. I have the SL 2.3 and absolutely love it.
