Nashbar mostly carries new discontinued and unsold old stock, usually items that are only one to maybe 3-5 years out of date. I've never received any junk from them. Some values are better than others.
In January I was looking for a road bike saddle. I planned to try a Fizik since several local cyclists I know like theirs, and there were some models for around $60 or so from Nashbar and Amazon.
But I was leaning toward a saddle with a cutout for perineum relief. This Selle Italia SL Kit Carbonio Flow SE caught my eye for $60. But I found a similar SLS Kit Carbonio without the cutout on Amazon for $20, so I got that. Been riding it about five weeks, more than 500 miles, no problems. I like it. Only a little padding, no uncomfortable pressure on my rides of 20-50 miles. I needed a narrower saddle and the 130mm width suited me.
The best bargains on Nashbar for road bike saddles may be the 4ZA Stratos and Cirrus, the PRO brand saddles, and some of Nashbar's own brand road saddles. I considered those before settling on the Selle Italia. All have good reviews from Nashbar and elsewhere online.
The Selle Italia Q-Bik SE looks good for a more upright position with drop bars or flat bars at saddle height. I'm considering that for my hybrid.

I've purchased several clearance saddles from NASHBAR over the years. All were good quality, some worked for me, some didn't. The ones that didn't went on my flip bikes that needed a saddle. I was happy to get rid of them at a minimal loss and the buyers were happy to get a clean ride ready bike with a like new quality saddle.

I bought a $200 PRO AF Falcon Carbon for $70 and it's been my favorite saddle so far. Like other have said you can get some really good deals to be had and if you don't like it you can always return it. Their Forever Guarantee is great.

It could be good it could be bad it could be mediocre. Nobody is going to know but you after some serious test riding.
My favored saddle is the Brooks Cambium C17 but that may not be the one for you. You don't know till you try.
