While its likely just a bad bruise (hell, you just rode 30 miles without dying as a diagnostic tool), I'd hate to have one of your lungs filling with fluid...which requires nothing more than a stethescope to determine. Go see your MD.

Have a friend take a water glass, turn it around to your chest, and listen while you take deep breaths.

The risk of serious cardiac disease is very low. Issues I worry about with a severe contusion affect cardiac rhythm but this is seen within 72 hrs not later. Does it hurt to press on the sternum or is the pain further away.
Costochondritis or inflammation of the rib/cartilage interface is a common post traumatic event In the weeks after injury and respond well to rest and ibuprofen.
However, advice given here is poor as I can not see or examine you.
As it seems to be getting worse, go to an urgent care and be seen. Though you will likely have nothing seriously wrong, is your heart something you want to gamble with?

I have a similar situation. Crashed on my MTB and been having a lot of pain in upper chest, however I have done this before and when I visited the doctor he told me I had most likely fractured a rib or done some ligament or cartilage damage. Either way not much you can do other than ice and ibuprofen. Just don't sneeze that will really hurt believe me!
