Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

It set me back about $1500. Not cheap but I used a bonus that I got at work. As for the pedals, black is the way to go but I don't mind too much. I just need to wipe them more frequently.

I took off my Wahoo Blue SC, If anyone is looking for one and has an Ant+ Speed Cadence sensor they wanna trade, I'd love to swap.. I could use the 2nd sensor on my mtn bike.

Garmin 500 bundle on eBay. I've been wanting this for a while, and finally decided to go for it so I stop killing my phone's battery.

OK are you ready - the best trunk bag ever and I think if you like to bike to the beach or are a commuter or have any interest in ever actually carrying anything on a rear trunk, with a bag, you will like this too. yes, it can carry a full six pack of beer with ice but that's not how I used it. we carried towels and sunscreen and a couple of books, etc to the beach while we were camping on the cape. and then because it is collapsible with straps and a handle it was used on other rides where we carried less. maybe that's not entirely coherent but I'm on pain meds for my tooth so forgive me. if I ever bike commute again this baby will be my main bag. it comes with a shoulder strap too but I took that off immediately and now I don't know where it is LOL. here it is the Timbuk2 Hunchback Rack Trunk. it's not cheap so gird your loins. or whatever.

I thought that was back when they did the original run. There is weight from sriracha letters. Hopefully they do another run as I want two.

Happened to find a decent-looking backpack in a Forever 21 store while I was in there with my wife yesterday. It's not specifically geared towards cyclists, but has some nice features like a laptop pocket, and a chest strap. And it was only $30. I might try to add some reflective strips or something.

Keep watching the site, or sign up for their emails if they offer that.

They seem to restock these every couple of months and they sell out in a matter of hours.

Next time they have them, I should buy 10 and throw them on ebay. I think they're neat, but in AZ, using anything but an insulated bottle = hot water.
