Ganna's Hour Record

So he did some insane speed. To put it in perspective (borrowing the concept from a meme post I saw, but I did the math so if it's wrong let me know) he did the equivalent of following:

283 x 12.6s Flying 200s
112 x 31.5 second flying 500m TT
56 x 1:03 flying kilos
14 x 4:13 flying 4k pursuits

42:15 40km TT

Absolutely mind blowing.

1.93m tall too, the guy is an absolute unit. Supposedly it was around 450w! Definitely puts an interesting spin on the folks 'making' 2kw on the trainer and hitting around 12s flying 200s too.

Imagine. People would start their F200 like a pursuit, get into the bars, and then just roll through the 200m. lol.

Actually...

With aero being so important... aero bars in an F200? I don't know the rules on bars in an F200.

pretty sure uci rules 1.3.022 and 1.3.23 would nail you on it unfortunately (or fortunately given the ludicrous crashes that would ensue otherwise!)
