Share my recently re-fitted Merckx

I just finished this Merckx, set up as a front line road rider.

The frame is a '91, that spent time in San Fran, Columbia SC, was evidently parted out in Seatle. Now it will be back on the road again here in Greenville SC.

For the most part, I touched up the paint, shot new paint on the top tube which was pretty beat up, then clearcoat.

The components are DA drive line, Super Mighty Comp crank (from a bike I rode in the 80's), Campy sets, Cane Creek brake levers, smattering of what I had laying around.

Did a shake down ride last night- it was fabulous. First ride in anger will be sat morning.

Might take it on the Gran Fondo in a week.

Nice bike, that saddle looks like it will hurt you in the long run.

It seems a pity to have that nice big planter right by the front door with nothing in it other than gravel.

Yes!

Perhaps some nice seasonal spruce arrangements or a nice Halloween motif.......

Nice Merckx btw, looks like a real beauty.

The title says "Share my...Merckx". Sure, I'd be glad to. Where can I find it? And when do you need it back?

The model is Century. Rode it last weekend, it was fabulous. Crisp, fast, sprinted well, rode steady in the group. I love it.
