My 1999 Litespeed Classic
My 1999 Litespeed Classic frame was refurbished at the factory in 2005 and purchased directly from them. I run mostly Dura Ace 7700 (9 speed) components, Cinelli bar, 3TTT stem, Velocity wheelset custom built for me by Vecchio's, Boulder, CO.

Here's my contribution to this conversation. My Litespeed Arenberg, circa 2002 with a Campy Daytona 10-speed build that I just bought a month ago and am really enjoying. This isn't my first experience with the buttery smooth ride of Titanium. I had a Litespeed Classic with the Shimano Ultegra 9-speed build that I loved like a Son until my idiot ex-wife left the garage door up one day and I came home to find it gone. Nothing beats the smooth, silky ride of Ti.

Hey, another place to post my Ultimate! I picked it up off Ebay just before Christmas. I first built it up with a mixed Campy Racing T/Sachs New Success group, using some bits I had lying around plus some the bike came with...
But I wasn't really feeling the triple, plus back in 1995 when the frame was new, the bike I wanted most of all was a Litespeed Ultimate with Dura Ace kit, and I had about 2/3 of a 7410 Dura Ace kit going unused. So........
That was much more the thing. The problem is, I need smaller gears than 39x25 these days. SO, I used part of a bonus from work to acquire an Ultegra R8000 groupset, which I will be using to rebuild it yet again! As Bullwinkle says, "This time, for sure!!"

Here’s my 2004 Classic. Built with Ultegra 8000, for the same reason as genejockey. In my late 60’s and I really appreciate that 34/28 low gear. These frames are well worth the modern group sets.
