Looking for an 8-speed bar end shifter (only)

I can only seem to find bar-ends in pairs. I have a 1x8 and I just need the right hand indexed shifter. I feel like I've searched everywhere. Anyone know where I can find one? I didn't want to spend $65 on a pair of Microshifts just to only use half.

Thanks!

I'm curious how you limited your search to just the single shifter. I need to find one for 9-speed but have only found them in pairs so far.

That particular model is for internal gear hubs (Alfine, etc)

I have yet to see a 1X bar end shifter at least not for old school stuff. If I had one in the bin I would happily trade for it but sadly I need bar end shifters I thought I had a set of 9 speed but cannot find them.

I know Gevenalle does their "brifters" in 1x set ups but unsure on 8 speed.

Check around some of Houston's bike co-ops. Not only should you be able to save money by buying just one, you will save even more by buying used.

Finding only pairs is natural since those shifters were only sold in sets. Considering that the indexing on the right shifter is the one that fails it will be more difficult to find by itself.
